Information on the right of withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal act for purposes which are essentially not attributable to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 100 days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform The Couple Challenge Book, sonu.duhra@thecouplechallengebook.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is however not obligatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have collected the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The time limit is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be covered by the buyer. Returned goods may only be sent back in new condition, unused and in their original packaging. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
